Details on the facility:

The Bühler Food Application Center is a state-of-the-art facility where food companies, grain processors, universities, associations and research institutes can come and, with the best equipment and the best minds, explore better ways of doing things.

Working side-by-side with Bühler’s processing experts, the Center allows companies to develop and test products for a wide range of commodities and applications.

Within the facility, there are several processing options at industrial scale including Cleaning, Grading, De-hulling, Flaking, Milling, Fine-grinding, Extrusion & Drying.

Its modular setup allows customizing and simulating different processes in order to produce the desired product or improving parts of the process.
